- Take 200 grams mutton
- Get 1 cup Dahi
- Take 1/2 cup milk
- Prepare 1/4 cup cream
- Use 1 big size onion paste
- Prepare 1 tbsp green chilli paste
- Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 1 tsp salt or as per taste
- Use 1/2 tsp Black pepper pwder
- Use 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- You need 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
- Get 1/4 tsp zeera powder
- Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1 lemon juice
- Get Pinch Cardamom powder
- Prepare Pinch javitri
- Take Pinch jaiphal powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1 tsp ghee
- Use as required Coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps to make Mutton Afghani:
- Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder.
- In big bowl add boiled mutton, Dahi, curd, milk, cream and all masalas mix well keep aside for 15 mins.
- In pan add ghee and oil, heat it.
- Then add mutton pieces with some Marination cook it for 5 mins.
- Then add onion paste cook for 2 to 3 mins.
- Now add all Marination cook for 15 min. Or till gravy is ready.
- Now heat coal, keep it in a small bowl, add bowl in gravy, add ghee on it when smoke is coming out close the lid, Till all smoke is over.
- Serve with chapati and rice.
