  2. Get 1 cup Dahi
  3. Take 1/2 cup milk
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup cream

  18. Prepare 1 tbsp oil

  1. Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder.
  2. In big bowl add boiled mutton, Dahi, curd, milk, cream and all masalas mix well keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. In pan add ghee and oil, heat it.
  4. Then add mutton pieces with some Marination cook it for 5 mins.
  5. Then add onion paste cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  6. Now add all Marination cook for 15 min. Or till gravy is ready.
  7. Now heat coal, keep it in a small bowl, add bowl in gravy, add ghee on it when smoke is coming out close the lid, Till all smoke is over.
  8. Serve with chapati and rice.
