The ingredients needed to prepare Stewed fish served managu:
- Take 1 Pre-Fried fish
- Get 1 onion(chopped)
- Use 2 tomatoes large size(chopped)
- Get 10 mls oil
- Use 1 bunch Managu
- Get 1 tbsp pounded kitungu saumu
Steps to make Stewed fish served managu:
- First and foremost heat a pan using medium heat.
- Add in onions and fry till lightly brown. Add the pounded kitungu saumu. Fry until a sweet aroma is produced.
- Then add the chopped tomatoes. Fry until they break down.
- Then add in the royco powder and mix
- Add a little water and then the whole fish.
- Cook the fish for almost 5 minutes since the fish is already deep fried.
