- Provide Spaghetti
- You need Tin tomato's
- You need Dried fish
- Provide Scotch bonnets
- Prepare Onion
- You need Seasoning
- Take Vegetable oil
Instructions to make Macaroni and spaghetti jollof:
- Perboild ur spaghetti and macaroni and set aside.
- Pound ur scotch bonnet slice ur onion and wash ur dried fish with hot water and salt then set aside.
- Put pot to fire add oil leave to hot put some onion pour ur toma and scotch stair fry for some mins, add little water ur already washed fish add seasoning and a pinch of salt to taste cover to boil.
- Pour ur already perboild spaghetti and macaroni stair add ur onion and stair cover and leave to steam in a low heat u are done then serve.
Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti. Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetables.
