  1. Soak chanadal and rice togather for 4-5 hours.after 5 hours soak poha for 20 min.then grind all togather with curd and keep aside for fermentation (8-10hours)
  2. After fermentation mix all veggies and spices and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
  3. Than in tadka vessel do tadka with oil,mustard,jeera,hing,currypatta and sesame seeds and pour into batter and mix well
  4. Then add eno and mix well.take a kadai put little oil and heat up then add 1 big spoon batter and cook both side till light golden colour.
  5. Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
