- Prepare 1 cup Urad dal

- Wash dal and poha and soak for 5-6hrs add fruit salt.
- Now grind dal mixture and add curd and formate for5-6hrs. Consistency should be not loose and not so thick
- Now add turmeric powder, salt hing and ginger chilli paste and mix well
- Beat dal with hand properly
- Put steamer on flame and add water for boiling
- Now add 1/2t.spoon eno and add 1t.spoon hot water and 1-2t.spoon butter or oil. and mix well with hand
- Now Grease plate with oil and pour batter and steam for 12-15mins. sprinkle garam masala
- Serve hot drizzle oil chopped onion and nylon sev
