- To make this cake first we need to soak all the dry fruits in orange juice for about 4 hours.
- For cake batter, so first in first pour the butter and sugar in a bowl using a hand mixer made them until nice creamy and fluffy. Then put one egg at a time and beat again until well combined. This way I put 3 eggs in the batter. Then add vanilla extract and mix well.

Next preheat the oven to 180°c and line a baking tin. Now put the cake batter in the prepared cake tin, tap it and level the surface. Now garnish with cashew nuts, almonds.
