- In a pressure cooker heat oil….crack mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Now add all veggies with choppedd ginger garlic
- Now put salt,red chilli,turmeric coriander powder with enough water….
- Now add daal and take 3 whistle in cooker
- Cool it….open cooker…mix tamarind pulp,sambhar masala,dry mango powder…mix it and serve with idli dosa
