  3. You need 15 Cashew nuts
  4. Prepare 25 gm Butter
  5. Get 1 small onion
  6. Get 1 large tomato
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Jeera /cumin seeds
  8. You need 1/2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  9. Take 1 tsp Garam masala
  10. Provide 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  11. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  12. Take 1 tsp Tandoori Masala (Optional)
  13. Get 1 tsp Maggi masala
  14. Get 1 tsp Kasuri Methi

Steps to make Palak Paneer Bhurji:
  1. Mash the paneer. Add maggi masala and salt to it and keep aside
  2. Roast the cashew nuts
  3. Boil palak with one tomato. Add roasted Cashew nuts and Make a fine paste of it.
  4. Now in a pan, add butter. Then add jeera to it. Cook for 1 min in low flame
  5. Add onions, Ginger Garlic paste and Black Pepper. Cook in low flame till onions turns into golden brown
  6. Add paneer bhurji to it. Add all the spices together and mix well. Cook for 3-5 min in low flame.
  7. Add palak paste and cook for 3 mins in low flame and then cover it for another 3 min
  8. After 3 min, add 1 tsp Sugar and 1 tsp vinegar. Add Kasuri Methi. Mix well and off the flame
  9. Topping with some dry fruits of your choice and serve hot
