The ingredients needed to make Palak Bhurji with Paneer:
- Take 1 big bunch palak(spinach) washed and roughly chopped
- Take 2 onions diced
- You need 2 tomatoes cut into chunks
- Get 3-4 cloves garlic chopped finely
- Get 200 gms paneer cut into cubes
- Prepare 1/2 cup milk
- Prepare Dry masalas- salt/: huldi/ chilli powder / coriander powder/garam masala
Instructions to make Palak Bhurji with Paneer:
- In a kadhai.. (I prefer lohe ki kadhai for all my greens) add 2 tablespoons of oil and splutter some jeera in it. Now add the onions and garlic. Sauté till just transparent and then add the tomatoes and give it a stir. Don't overcook the tomatoes
- Now add the dry masalas-salt/ chilli powder/ coriander powder/garam masala and huldi. Mix well and add the paneer pieces and give a gentle stir.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk and mix and immediately transfer into some steel or glass bowl to avoid discolouration of the lovely green palak. Enjoy with chappattis or paranthas 👍😊
