- Get 60 grams sweetcorn (tinned)
- Use 60 grams peas (frozen defrosted)
- Take 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Use 1/2 a red onion finely diced
- You need 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide 1/2-1 tsp garam masala
- Take (depending on how spicy you want)
- Provide 1/2 red chilli chopped finely
- You need 60 grams feta cheese diced

- Get 1 tsp corn flour
- Get 1/2 tsp water to bind the corn flour

- In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp of the oil (a medium heat). Throw in the onion and cook until softened. Stir in the corn, garam masala, lime juice put the feta in right at the end and cook for 1 min until any liquid evaporates. Leave to cool.
