- Prepare 500 grams Curd
- Provide 1 tsp Salt
- Provide 1.5 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 2.5 tbsp Cumin powder

- Provide 2 tsp Green salt
- Take 5 cups Water
- Prepare 3 tsp Refined Oil
- Use 1.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- Get 1 pinch Hing
- Take 20-25 Curry leaves
- Provide 8 pcs Vada
- Prepare 1/4 cup Green chutney
- Use 2 Chopped onions, medium sized
- Get 1/2 cup Chopped coriander leaves

- You need 1 bowl Dum aaloo curry
Steps to make Dahi Bara Aloo Dum:
- Take a bowl and add curd into it.
- Add salt(1tsp), red chilli powder(1tsp), cumin powder(1tsp).
- Then black salt(1/2tsp), water, green salt(2tsp) into this curd.
- Mix it well and keep aside.
- Heat refined oil and add cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves.
- Add this tadka to the curd and mix it well.
- Add vada to this curd. Squeeze vadas before adding them into the curd. Rest it for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour take a bowl and put dahi vada into it. Then add dum aaloo curry, coriander leaves, chopped onions.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder and black salt according to taste.
- Add green chutney and sev. Ready to serve.
