- Take a pan add just a spoon of oil and add garlic fresh paste and saute it.
- Add one tsp red chilli powder to garlic mixture and add fried pakooraas and give quick toss on high flame.
- Beat yogurt and add salt and one tsp sugar.
- Add fried pakoraas in yogurt.
- Now give tarka to your delicious brinjal dahi baray. Heat oil add button chillies, zeera and kar patta.
