- Take 1 cup Gram Flour/Besan
- Provide 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- Provide 1/2 cup Ghee

- Use 1 tsp Cardamom powdered

- Take 100 gms Chocolate
- Take as needed toasted desiccated Coconut

- Method - - Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and roast the gram flour till it gives a nice aroma. - When the gramflour is almost done, add the desiccated coconut and roast it for a couple of minutes. - The desiccated coconut tends to burn quickly. So add it when you are almost ready with the gram flour roasting. - Add the cardamom and remove it from heat. - Now add the powdered sugar.
