- Get 5 boiled potatoes
- Take 3/4 cup fresh curd
- You need 1/4 tbs Turmeric powder
- Take 1 tbs coriander powder

- You need 1/4 tbs kala zeera

- Add dry Masale (dhaniya,red chilli powder,green chlliy,haldi)in curd add 1/2cup water and whisk it with laddle and keep aside. Roughly mash the potatoes.
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds and kala zeera.when splutters add whisked masala curd and continue stirring.or curd will curdle.
- Once the boil comes in curd add roughly mashed potatoes and mix in curd.add 2cups of water and let it cook fr 10 to 12 min on low flame till gravy get dense and masale leaves oil and beautiful colour and aroma comes out.
- Lastly add chopped green coriander and serve hot with phulkas or parathes
