- Provide 1/2 kg Fish

- Fry shallots, fenugreek and jeera in 1/4 t spoon oil for few seconds.
- Along with coconut add the above fried items and grind to a smooth paste.
- Keep a pot in high flame and add oil and curry leaves
- Add half big onion cut into small pieces
- Add one big tomato and saute well.add salt
- Add chilli powder
- Add kolambhu powder
- Add tamarind water
- Add the grinded paste,add water and let it cook nicely for 15 minutes.
- Now keep in low flame and added the cleaned fish pieces.
- After ten minutes switch off the stove and close it with a lid for few minutes.then serve..
