The ingredients needed to make Dahi Wali Arbi:
  1. Take 10-12 pcs arbi
  2. Take 1 full garlic
  3. Provide 1 onion
  4. Take 1 tsp ajwain
  5. Use 500 gm curd (if possible use sour curd)
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric
  7. You need Red chilli powder as per taste
  8. Get Salt as per taste
  9. Use 2 tsp oil
Steps to make Dahi Wali Arbi:
  1. First nicely wash and boil arbi. Keep it in cooker for 2 whistle. (one whistle on high flame and one whistle on low flame)
  2. Now in jar take peeled garlic and onion. Make smooth paste.
  3. Now in pan add oil and put ajwain. And then immediately add garlic and onion paste. And keep mixing it. Till it becomes brown.
  4. Now add turmeric, salt & red chilli powder and mix add half cup of water. Now add arbi pcs and mix them. Leave for 2 minute.
  5. Now add curd and keep stirring it else curd will get curdles. Boil for almost 10 minutes. Make sure flame is slow. (If u want add water as per your desired consistency)
  6. In my house we prefer rice with this curry. Garnish with green garlic and enjoy with Dahi Wali Arbi with rice or chapati!!!
