- Wash and Soak both Dals and fenugreek seeds in water for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours strain. Water and Grind dal in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Mix salt in it and whisk for 5 minutes till mixture becomes fluffy. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Now heat cooking oil in a wok and add 1 - 1 tb sp mixture in hot oil and deep fry bhallas till golden. Flip the Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the Bhalla.
