  2. Get leaves Water
  3. Use Dry fish

  1. Cut your ugu leaves and water leaf, blanch your water leaf to remove the excess water and set aside.
  2. Season your meat with knor and salt, then set in fire, start with the goat meat then add the beef and stock fish, boil till tender
  3. Add crayfish to the meat stock and cook till the stock is almost dried.
  4. Add the water leaf and palm oil, do not cover after adding the leaf, this will make it retain its green color. Stir and cook for few minutes
  5. Add ugu leaves, cook for few minutes, taste and adjust, then put off your heat.
