The ingredients needed to make Dahi Phulki:
- Use 1 cup gram flour
- Provide 1/4 tsp salt
- Use 1/2 tesp red chilli powder
- Get Pinch baking soda
- Take Oil for frying
- Provide 1/2 kg yogurt
- Use 1/4 cup milk
- Get 1/2 cup chopped onion
- You need 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- Get 1 tblsp chopped green chillies
- Use 1 tesp chaat masala
- Use 1/8 tesp ginger garlic paste
- Use to taste Salt
- You need 1 medium diced Potato
- Provide leaves Fresh green coriander
Instructions to make Dahi Phulki:
- Add salt, red chilli powder and baking soda into gram flour and make a thick batter with water. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes while heating up oil.
- Boil the peeled and diced potatoes while making phulkies.
- When oil Is heating up take a teaspoon batter of gram flour mixture and fry into medium high oil. Deep frying.
- All done into 20 minutes approximately. Potatoes are done, phulkies are done and onion, tomatoes cutting are done. Time to assemble.
- Put yogurt and milk into bowl and add salt, ginger garlic paste mix well.
- Add vegetables and phulkies mix well, at last add green coriander leaves and sprinkle chaat Masala on top.
- Dahi Phulki are ready in 30 minutes.
