- Take For cutlet:
- You need 1/4 cup Sprouted ragi(fingermillet)
- Get 2 Grated boiled potato
- Get 1/2 cup Grated paneer
- Use 2 Chopped spring onion greens strings
- Take 2 Chopped spring onion bulb
- Use 2 tsp Chopped garlic
- Take 2 tsp Chopped ginger
- You need 2 Chopped green chilli
- Take Chopped Coriander leaves few

- You need 4 tbsp Bread crumbs

- Get 1-2 Charcoal
- You need 2-3 drops Oil

- In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients for cutlet except bread crumbs and oil.
- In the mixing bowl make a well in the middle and place a small steel bowl.
- Burn the charcoal till it red and place in the steel bowl.
- Immediately put few drops oil and 1tbsp green tea on the charcoal and close with a lid completely. Leave for 3-4mins.
- Remove the lid and charcoal bowl carefully.
- Now add breadcrumbs to the mixture and make cutlets.
