The ingredients needed to prepare Dahi Vade:
- Provide 1 cup urad dal
- You need as required Some cashewnut
- Prepare As needed Red chilli powder
- Use as needed Chat masala
- Take as required Cumin powder
- Take 1/4 tsp cumin seed
- Take as per your taste Salt
- Provide as required Oil for deep fry
- You need as required Curd
- Prepare as required Imli chutney

Steps to make Dahi Vade:
- Soak overnight the urad dal. In the fresh morning grind very smoothly urad dal. Now add salt to your taste in it, cumim seeds and cashewnut also. And mix it properly.
- Now take one pan heat the oil in. after heating the oil add the bade in it for deep frying. Till the bade become golden brown. Now take out the bade from the oil and put it in the normal water. For sometime put it in water only. Till that time at salt and sugar in curd and mix it well.
- Then after sometime press the bade properly so that all the bade soak the water and all the extra water removed from it.
- Now add curd and imli chutney on the bade. Now for garnishing the Vada add Red chilli powder cumin powder and chat masala on it.
