  1. You need 1 piece Raw Mango
  2. You need 1 piece Green chilli
  3. You need 5 cloves Garlic
  4. Provide 1 tsp Mustard seed

  1. To start with Cut the green raw mango into slices.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a deep pan.
  3. Add Mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,Panch phoron seeds,Garlic cloves to it and allow spluttering.
  4. Pour those sliced mango in it.
  5. After that add Turmeric powder and salt as per the taste.
  6. Pour 1 and 1/2 cups of water in it and keep stirring in medium flame for 5 minutes.
  7. After stirring you see the thickness of gravy and then add sugar to taste and mix it properly.
  8. Finally at last serve as a side dish with rice, dal, curry.
