- Prepare 2 table spoon butter
- Take 1 table spoon garlic paste
- Use 1 Kashmiri red chilli
- You need 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Prepare 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- Get 1 table spoon red chilli powder
- Use 1 table spoon pav bhaji masala

- Take 1/2 cup milk
- Get 2 table spoon corn flour
- You need 1 cup processed cheese
- Take 2 table spoon finely chopped coriander
- Use 2 table spoon fresh cream
- Use 1/4 cup water

- Heat a pan add 2 table spoon of butter, garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli saute it well. Add onion, capsicum mix it well. Let it cook completely.
- Add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, salt to taste, mix it then add tomato saute it, then add lil bit of water and close the lid so that tomato turns soft.
- Switch off the flame once it cools down grind it and make fine paste. Again add it to same pan and in small cup make paste of corn flour and milk. Keep stirring add corn flour and milk mixture then add processed cheese (1/4th cup) mix it well. Let the cheese melts completely.
