- You need 500 grams plain flour
- Get 1 tsp salt
- Use 1 tsp sugar
- Get 2 tsp easy bake yeast
- Prepare 15 grams soft butter
- Provide 300 ml warm water (1 part boiling, 2 parts cold)
- Take 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Take 1 cup mature cheese, grated

- Add the flour and salt to a mixing bowl, stir in the sugar and yeast, then rub in the butter. Add the water and mix to form a soft dough.
