- Take 1 1/4 cup sama rice flour (ready available)
- Take 1/4 cup sago
- You need 3/4 cup curd/ dahi

- Prepare 1/2 tsp soda bi carb/ or Eno if you use during vrat

- You need 1 tbsp oil
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide 1 tsp sesame seeds
- You need 2 tsp Curry leaves
- Take 2 green chillies cut slanting
Instructions to make Farali Dhokla:
- Grind sago in mixer jar to little coarse powder. Transfer in mixing bowl. Add sama rice flour and curd. Mix well.(If you don't get sama rice flour..you can grind 1 cup of Sama rice to make coarse powder).
- Mix well,add 1/2 cup of water to make dhokla batter consistency.
- Add salt and black pepper powder and mix. Add ginger and green chilli paste too. Keep cover for 20 minutes.
- Grease a pan with oil for steaming dhokla. Pour 2-3 glasses add of water in steam vessel,in place stand. Place grease thali on stand. - Add eno or soda and Mix gently. - - Pour in grease thali,cover and steam for 20 minutes.
- In tadka pan add heat oil. Add cummin seeds as splutter add curry leaves, chopped red/ green chillies and sesame seeds.
- Do skewer test to see if Dhokla is done.
- Sprinkle little red chilli powder if you like
- Pour tadka on steamed dhokla. Cut into squares and serve.
- Pour tadka over the dhokla. Cut in pieces and enjoy
