The ingredients needed to cook Farali Patra:
- Use 4-5 Colocassia leaves 4-5
- You need 1/2 cup Water chestnuts flour
- Prepare 1/2 cup sama rice flour
- Prepare 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
- You need 3 tbsp curd
- Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
- You need 1 tsp pepper powder
- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1 tsp cumin
- Prepare 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions to make Farali Patra:
- Wash and clean Colocassia leaves and remove it's veins.
- In a bowl mix both flours, curd, ginger chilli paste, salt, sugar and 1 tsp oil.
- Mix properly. Add water if required and make it idli batter consistency.
- Turn the leaves back side and apply batter.
- Put another leaf on it and repeat it up-to four leaves layer.
- Make a tight close roll out-of it.
- Steam it for 15-20 minutes.
- Once cool, cut it in round slices.
- In a pan add oil, cumin, seasame seeds, chopped chilli and curry leaves.
- Add steamed Patta. Stir it carefully.
