- Use 1-2 chicken pieces per person
- Take Enough new potatoes for everyone
- Provide 100 g or so of chorizo
- Use Bunch asparagus tips
- Prepare Juice of 1 orange
- Provide Dried oregano
- Provide to taste Salt

- Preheat oven to 180. Wash and dry potatoes and chicken. Chop potatoes into bite size pieces. Put in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Add the orange juice, salt and oregano. Mix well. Roast for 30 minutes
