- Take 1 cup white part if the watermelon pureed🍉
- Provide 1 cup red flesh part of the watermelon pureed
- Provide 1 cup semolina (Roasted)
- Get 1 cup grated coconut

- To make watermelon rind puree, Cut the watermelon and keep the red part aside. We only use the white part of the watermelon and only 1 cup of the red part. Cut the white part and grind it to make a puree.
- Mix all the other ingredients one by one in a mixing bowl. First add the roasted semolina to the watermelon rind puree. Then add grated coconut and jaggery. Add all the other ingredients except baking powder and mix well.
