  1. Make garlic and chilli paste.
  2. In deep bottom vessel take oil, add mustard seeds in hot oil.
  3. Add ginger, chilli-garlic paste, onion, stir for a minute. Add tomato and stir for two more minutes.
  4. Add all dry masala. Turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder. Stir for a minute.
  5. Add Lima seeds. Mix well. Add salt and sugar. Cover it
  6. Add 1/2 cup of water. Again cover and cook for few more minutes. Switch off the flame once it's done. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.serve with Roti.
