  1. Get 1 bunch palak/ spinach blanched & pureed
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup Paneer
  3. You need 1 cup peas paste
  4. Take 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
  5. Get 1/2 cup beans chopped
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp hing/asafoetida
  7. You need 1 cup tomato puree
  8. Get 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  9. Get 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  10. Use 2 tbsp oil
  11. Provide 1 tbsp ghee
  12. Get 2 cardamom powder
  13. Take 2 cloves
  14. Get to taste salt
  15. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  16. Get 1 tbsp cumin powder
  17. Get 1 tsp cumin
  18. You need 3 tbsp gram flour
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup milk
Steps to make Matar Kofta Curry:
  1. Blanch the spinach and puree it and keep it aside. For Kofta, heat the Kadai with oil then add cardamom and clove and stir it,
  2. Then add beans, capsicum, paneer and peas paste mix thoroughly then add salt to taste and cook on low flame till it becomes thick, then add sugar, chopped chilli mix thoroughly. Then add cornflour, gram flour and make a dough.
  3. Divide the mixture into the small balls out of the dough and fry,
  4. Take another pan add ghee cumin seeds, ginger cook it, then add tomato puree, kosuri methi, salt to taste and cook on low flame, add spinach puree into it,
  5. Cook for 1 minute then add koftas, sprinkle cumin powder and coriander leaves serve hot with rice.
