  1. In microwave safe bowl semolina roast for a minute without adding oil.
  2. Heat the desi ghee in the non stick wok on medium flame.
  3. Add mustard seeds, green chilli & curry leaves. Saute for 30 seconds.
  4. On low flame add semolina, salt, red chilli powder, and add water according to need. Stir continuously & cook until thickened.
  5. Add lemon juice.
  6. Add butter to the upma after leaving ghee around inside the wok.
  7. Switch off the gas.
  8. Take a bowl put Vegetables like carrot, capsicum, paneer, tomato, coriander leaves, peanut, sprout moong. Mix well.
  9. Add a pinch salt & a pinch black pepper. Mix together nicely. Mix 3/4 of Vegetables into the UPMA.
