- Prepare 50 gm Samak Rice
- Prepare 7-8 Roasted Cashew nuts
- Take 5-6 Roasted Almonds
- Get 10 Roasted Peanuts
- You need 2 tbs Rock Salt
- You need 2 tbs Ghee
- Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Get 2 Green Chillies
- Provide 1 sliced tomato

- Prepare Curd Raita
- Take 100 gm Fresh Curd
- Prepare Half tbs Rock Salt
- You need 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

- Add 2tbs ghee to a container and put it onto the flame.
- Once the ghee heaten up add half tbs Cummin seeds and splutter it.
- Add green chillies and sliced tomato to it and heat it till tomato soften up.
- Then add Roasted cashew nuts, almonds and peanuts.
- Then to this mixture add Samak Rice. Remember to dip the Samak Rice to water for atleast 15 to 20 minutes before adding them to the mixture.
- Now add Turmeric powder and Rock Salt to it.
- Samak Rice Pulav is ready. Just add fresh corriender leaves onto it to garnish.
- For Curd Raita - Firstly add rock salt, red chilli powder and pudina leave powder into the curd and brisk it well. Raita is ready.
