- Provide 2 cup basmati rice soaked in water for1 hr
- You need 3 tablespoon ghee
- Take 10-12 pea nut (badam).you can use kaju and kismis
- Take 4 green cardamon

- Take 1 inch cinnamon
- Get 1 bay leaves
- Use 2 cups water
- Prepare 1/2 cup green peas
- Prepare 3 tablespoon sugar. 15 to 20 saffron

Steps to make Mishti pulao (sweet rice):
- Wash the rice,and soak in enough water,for 1hr.heat the ghee in a pan,and add bay leaf,badam,elachi,dalchini,cloves,and stir for a min.
- Drain the rice,and add in the pan or karhai,
- Add water,green peas,sugar,and saffron,and turmeric powder for a bright yellowish colour.
- Shimmer the heat in a low flame,cover and cook the rice,until all the water is well absorbed. And let it rest for 5 min.garnish it with coconut,and pistachios.
The sweet pulao is prepared by marinating the basmati rice with the bengali garam masala and is cooked with various other dry spices, sugar and dry fruits.
