  1. Prepare 500 gram Basmati Rice
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp Ghee
  3. Provide 1 tsp salt
  4. Take 5 cup water

  1. Sab se pehle ek bdhe brtan me 5 cup water le gaye or usme bay leaves ko dal ke ek boil aane tak boil karein gaye.
  2. Water me jese hi boil aaye gas off kar ke pani ko side me rakh de gaye or use bay leaves bhi nikal de gaye.
  3. Ab ek pan garamkre gaye or usme 3 tbsp Ghee dal ke melt hone de gaye.
  4. Ghee ke melt ho jane par hum usme cardomom, clove or black pepper dal ke 20-30 second fry karein gaye.
  5. Ab hum ishme Basmati Rice dale gaye jise mene pehle se hi wash kar ke rkha tha.
  6. Rice ko ghee me ache se mix krne ek baad hum salt bhi dal ke ache se mix kar le gaye.
  7. Ab hum rice ko 1-2 minutes fry kar le gaye.
  8. Ab pressure cooker me bhunja hua rice or jo bay leaves ke sath water boil kiya tha dono dal de gaye.
  9. Cooker ka dhkn lagake hum high flame pe ek siti aane tak cook karein gaye fir gas off kar ke cooker ko thanda hone de gaye.
  10. To tyar hai humare pulao ab hum ish serve karein gaye.
