  2. Provide 1 pao peas

Instructions to make Matar Pulao:
  1. Blend green chillies and coriander leaves and set aside. Take a pateela.. Put oil in it. Add onions and fry it till it gets golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste. Add all dry spices in it and bhunify it till 5 mins. Add peas and potatoes with 3 cups of waters. Cover it till peas and potatoes get fully cooked.
  2. Wash and Soak rice for 15 mins. After that add rice without water in peace and potato masala and water if required. Cover it and let get rice fully cooked.
  3. As water starts getting dry add few cubes of capsicum and cover it for more five mins.
  4. Matar pulao is ready to serve
