- Use As required Ghee
- Use 4 cloves
- Get 1 Cardamon
- Use 2 cinnamon sticks
- You need 1 tej patta
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp jeera

Instructions to make Tawa pulao:
- Dice all vegetables nicely (cauliflower, carrot, French beans). Then take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and let it heat.
- Then add cloves, cinnamon, cardamon and tej patta saute it and add 1/2 tbsp jeera let it turn into little crisp golden then add all diced vegetables and saute it and cover with a lid for a minute.
- Then add a little salt and saute it and again cover with the lid for 2 mins and add 1/2 tbsp haldi and 1/4 tbsp chilli powder.
- And saute it nicely and again cover with lid and let the vegetables cook only 70% because vegetables should be crispy.
- After that add 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tbsp garam masala and half scoop dhaniya jeera powder and mix it well.
- Mix it well then add little water and saute it and cover with lid for a minute and add cooked rice as per your quantity and add salt as per taste and mix it well.
- And cover for a minute on slow flame and open and again mix it well then add coriander if you want and it ready to serve.
