The ingredients needed to make Masala soya pulao:
- Take 2 cup rice
- Get 1 cup soya chunks
- Take 2 potatoes
- Provide 1 chopped tomato
- You need 4 tbsp ginger garlic onion paste

- Wash and soak rice and soya chunks
- After 15 mins squeeze soya chunks and remove all water. Heat oil and fry them until gets brown in colour
- Now heat oil in pressure cooker. Add whole spices, onion ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 mins. Add dry masala like red chilli, coriander, turmeric,
- Cook masala until oil release. Then add tomato, green chilli, salt and garam masala powder and cook for 3-4 mins
- Now add rice, soya chunks and potato. Add 3 cups water and cook for 2 whistle.
