  1. Take 2 cup rice
  2. Get 1 cup soya chunks
  3. Take 2 potatoes
  4. Provide 1 chopped tomato
  5. You need 4 tbsp ginger garlic onion paste

  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder

  1. Wash and soak rice and soya chunks
  2. After 15 mins squeeze soya chunks and remove all water. Heat oil and fry them until gets brown in colour
  3. Now heat oil in pressure cooker. Add whole spices, onion ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 mins. Add dry masala like red chilli, coriander, turmeric,
  4. Cook masala until oil release. Then add tomato, green chilli, salt and garam masala powder and cook for 3-4 mins
  5. Now add rice, soya chunks and potato. Add 3 cups water and cook for 2 whistle.
  6. After 2 whistle turn gas off and don't open the lid for 10 mins. After 10 mins open the lid. Take out pulao in a plate and serve with pickle or curd..
