  1. First in a pan fry all moong daal badi until slightly change in colour on medium heat.keep aside.
  2. In a blender jar add tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and blend them to Puree.
  3. Now heat a pan/wok with oil, once oil heated add cumin seeds,hing and curry leaves,stir for few seconds.now add chopped onion and cook until slightly pink.add coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, stir well.
  4. Add tomato paste and cook until oil comes on the surface.add chopped potatoes and fried daal badi and saute well.
  5. Cover the pan and cook on low flame until done.add as required water to adjust the consistency of gravy and cook for few more minutes.in last add fresh coriander leaves and garam masala powder mix well and serve.
