- You need 1 cup Rice (1 hour soaked)
- You need 1/2 cup Soya badi (15-20 minutes soaked)
- Provide 1 Onion (sliced)
- Get 1 small Capsicum (chopped)

- Get 2 Bay leaves

- Take 4-5 Cloves
- Get 10-15 Raisins

- Get 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Take 1 tablespoon Ghee/Clarified butter
Steps to make Soya badi Pulao:
- Wash soaked soya badi for 2-3 times and drain out all extra water from it.
- Put pressure cooker on flame and into it add ghee, cumin seeds, pepper corn, bay leaves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves and cinnamon stick and allow it splatter.
- Then add green chilli and garlic paste into it cook it until garlic's raw smell in completely gone.
- Then add onion into it and cook it until it becomes completely soft.
- Then add carrot and capsicum into it and salt too and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Then add soaked rice into it and mix well by adding garam masala powder, raisins and lime juice into it.
- Then add soya badi in the rice mixture and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add water as per the requirement and cover the pressure cooker with it's lid and cook it for 1-2 vessels on medium-high flame.
- Switch off the flame and allow the pressure cooker to release it's pressure. Then add coriander leaves into it.
- Your soya badi pulp is ready to serve now.
