- Provide Regular masalas
- Get 1 cup broken wheat
- Take 1 cup jaggery

- For badi ki sabji - Boil badi till it softens and then in a pan add little oil and jeera then badi and 1 tsp each of haldi lal mirch powder salt and dhania powder cook……serve
- Alpsi - In a pressure cooker add 2 tablespoon of ghee and a cup of broken wheat commonly known as daliya and roast it till it becomes golden brown colour and
- Then add 3 cups water add pressure cook it for till 2 whistle and then 1 cup jaggery….and smimmer it for 3 mins and it's ready….
