  2. Alpsi - In a pressure cooker add 2 tablespoon of ghee and a cup of broken wheat commonly known as daliya and roast it till it becomes golden brown colour and
  3. Then add 3 cups water add pressure cook it for till 2 whistle and then 1 cup jaggery….and smimmer it for 3 mins and it's ready….
