- Now prepare tadka,take a kadhai,,add oil or ghee,,add jeera and dhaniya powder…add ginger,garlic and green chilli paste.cook for 1 min and add onions paste..cook until brown..
- Now add tomato puree,,and cook until oil releases..add dry masale..
- Now add 2-3 spoons of boiled chana and press it gently and mix well..it makes the gravy thicker..
- Now add all boiled chana with less water(required to cook gravy well)and cook until cook well..now enjoy with Puri,,bhatura or paratha..
