- Grind the mixture in the mixer.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan and swallow fry the potatoes until it brownish.
- Now again heat some oil and put Heeng msala,zeera,curry leaves, tej patta,badi ilachi,.
- Add the onion tomatoes paste in it, stir it until oil leaves the mixture. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, Red chilli powder,.

- Put swallow fried potatoes in it.stir for some time.
- Put some water as you required, add salt as per taste.
