  1. Boil the potatoes for a whistle,peel them and poke them with pin and cover them with a little bit of turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Heat 2 tap oil in a pan and put onions, tomatoes,garlic,Ginger in it, saute for some time, then remove it to cool.
  3. Grind the mixture in the mixer.
  4. Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan and swallow fry the potatoes until it brownish.
  5. Now again heat some oil and put Heeng msala,zeera,curry leaves, tej patta,badi ilachi,.
  6. Add the onion tomatoes paste in it, stir it until oil leaves the mixture. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, Red chilli powder,.
  7. Add curd or cream, (mostly I use curd) stir it properly..
  8. Put swallow fried potatoes in it.stir for some time.
  9. Put some water as you required, add salt as per taste.
  10. Cover it for a while. It is ready.Add garam meals, stir it and put some green coriander.
