- In a mixing bowl, cut soya chaap and add 01 tsp haldi, 01 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt.
- Add 01 tsp dry ginger powder and mix well. Marinate for 15min.
- In a pan add 02 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 01 tejpata.
- Add 01 chakarphool, 1-2 dalchini and 3-4 laung.
- Add 01 badi elaichi and 02 green slit chillies.fry till you get aroma of whole spices.
- Add 02 chopped onion and saute till golden brown colour.
- Add 1 & 1/2 cup tomato puree and 1/4 tsp hing and mix well
- Add spices- salt to taste, 02 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp haldi
- Add 01 tsp chilli powder and mix well. Let it cook till gravy starts leaving oil
- Add 01 glass water and marinated soya chaap. Mix it well.
- Cover on low flame for 15 min
- Open and sprinkle kasoori methi.mix it well.
