  1. In a mixing bowl, cut soya chaap and add 01 tsp haldi, 01 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt.

  7. Add 1 & 1/2 cup tomato puree and 1/4 tsp hing and mix well
  8. Add spices- salt to taste, 02 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp haldi
  9. Add 01 tsp chilli powder and mix well. Let it cook till gravy starts leaving oil
  10. Add 01 glass water and marinated soya chaap. Mix it well.
  11. Cover on low flame for 15 min
  12. Open and sprinkle kasoori methi.mix it well.
