- First wash meat
- Now take a plate add zeera methi Dana sonf bdi ilachi darr cheeni sabut dhanya black chilli brown leaf
- Now grind all spice given above add red chili powder chilli flakes and kalonghi in it mix well

- Take a pan fry onion in a pan fry till soft
- Add powder mixture in it keep little powder mixture a side remaining add
- Fry well add mutton in it fry well till oil left
- Now add tomato and yoghurt paste cook in a low flame till oil is left and meat is tender
- If not tender add half cup water
- Cook till meat is tender and water dry till oil left

- Now add green chilli and cook 5 min
