  1. You need 500 gm chicken bone curry cut
  2. Use 4-5 tbsp mustard oil
  3. Get Whole Garam Masala
  4. Prepare 1 black cardamom /badi elaichi
  5. Get 4-5 laung/Cloves
  6. Take 5-6 kali mirch (black pepper)
  7. You need 1 inch dalchini(cinnamon stick)
  8. Use 1 Tej Patta( bay leaf)
  9. Take 1 onion sliced
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp garlic paste
  11. Take 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. Take 2 tbsp onion paste
  13. Get 1/2 tsp haldi/ Turmeric powder
  14. Use 2 tsp dhania(corinader) powder
  15. Use 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  17. You need 2 tbsp dahi/curd
  18. Get 2 tbsp fresh cream
  19. Provide To taste Salt
  20. Get 1 tbsp desi ghee
Steps to make Murg Sookha:
  1. Take a wok, add oil heat it.
  2. Add whole garam masala, saute it for a while.
  3. Now add sliced onion, stir fry it till golden brown.
  4. Add chicken now, stir fry it till light brown.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, sprinkle some water, stir fry it for a while.
  6. Add onion paste, stir fry it for a while.
  7. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till onion turns brown. Stir in between. Sprinkle some water if required.
  8. Open the lid, add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, again sprinkle some water, stir it.
  9. Cover it again, cook it till oil separates.
  10. Add salt now. Give a stir. Add dahi & fresh cream, stir it nicely.
  11. Now cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it till oil has oozed out.
  12. Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, give a stir.
  13. Now add lil water, lower the flame, cover it with the lid.
  14. Give a dum for a while so as to keep the dish dry.
  15. Add desi ghee in between. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  16. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
  17. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  18. You can add a lil dhania patta while cooking to get the extra flavour.
  19. Serve it with Roti or Paratha or Nan..
