  1. Use 500 gms raw mango - peeled and thin sliced
  2. You need 1 glass water
  3. Take 1/2 tsp cumin/ jeera

  5. Provide 1/2 tsp mustard seeds/ badi rai
  6. Use 1/4 tsp ajwain

  1. Take a pan, heat it. First add mustard seeds, after 30 seconds add jeera, ajwain, saunf, methi dana and heeng. Saute it for a minute.
  2. Add sliced raw mangoes. Saute it for 2 minutes on medium to high flame. Add water and boil it for 2 minutes
  3. Add chopped Jaggery and stir for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame. If you want more sweetened then add it accordingly. After melting jaggery, add spices and cover the pan with lid and cook for 5-10 minutes. Keep stirring
  4. Your khatti meethi kairi Launji is ready. Serve it cooled and store it in air tight container in fridge.
