  2. Then if possible,made it's shell apart, if not then no problem,made mixture of it in the mixer pot.
  3. Put double water according to wheat and moong mixture in the cooker,add 2 big table spoon ghee and 1 tsp salt in it.and cook in slow flame for 1/2hours.see whether it cook or not in between the time of cooking and saute it with spoon after long it will cook.and khich become ready.
  4. Now take badi Mangodi,in kadhai,in 1tsp.oil,fry it for 2,3 minutes.apart it from kadhai.again take cooker.in a cooker made ready tadka for Mangodi.in the tadka,put curry leaves,mangodi,turmeric and all the masala,put 1 cup water for cooking.and wait for 3 shiti.After 3 shiti it will cooked.
  5. For imlana,I am taking kairi for it.boiled it in cooker.take shells apart.made the paste apart,put salt,jeera powder,jal jeera masala and sugar,water in it.mix it well.
  6. So the khich,imlana and badi ki sabji ready to serve.
