- Get 200 grams paneer
- Get 2 Onions chopped
- Prepare 1/4 cup green matar
- Get 1 big Tomato chopped
- You need 1 tsp garam masala
- Provide 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Kitchen king
- You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- Take 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 1 inch dalchini
- You need 1 tejpatta
- Prepare 3 green elaichi
- Provide 1 badi elaichi
- You need 1 tsp Kasturi methi powder
- Get 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch

- Take 1/2 tsp chopped green coriander
- Get 3 tsp Condensed milk
- You need 3 tsp Posta kaju paste
Instructions to make Paneer Matar Masala:
- Cut paneer in cube shape. Take paneer cubed in a bowl and add salt, 1/2 tsp Garam masala & Kashmiri Mirch. Mix them well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Take butter in a pan and fry marinated paneer cubed. Fry Boiled green matar separately.
- Now take butter in a pan. Add tejpatta, dalchini, chopped Onion and Tomato, Ginger Garlic paste. Fry them till it becomes soft. Take out the fried mixture and let it cool.
- Make it's paste by grinding in mixture.
- Now again take butter in a pan. Add onion tomato paste and all masala. Saute till butter left sides of pan.
- Now add condensed milk fried paneer cubed and fried matar. After 2 minutes add posta Kaju paste.
- Paneer Matar Masala is ready. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
