  1. Wash the mutton keep aside
  2. Heat oil or ghee or both mixed in a pan
  3. Add whole garam masala-dalchini,badi elaichi
  4. Fry onions til pink
  5. Add ginger garlic paste,fry
  6. Add meat,fry for some time
  7. Now add little curd,fry and take 2 whistles
  8. Open the lid add cut kairi pieces cook for some time till all the water is dried up and the ghee is floating
  9. Now add the garam masala poeder,your do pyaza is ready to serve
  10. You can use whole red ir green chillies according to your preference,it will be first cut and added with the garam masala
