  3. Pur 7-8 tbs oil in a pressure cooker and heat it. Add tej patta, cumin, Red chilli, chhoti & bari elaichi. After 1 minute add onion & marinated mutton. saute for 10 minutes. After that add onion paste, tomato puree and all masala.
  4. Saute for approx 30 Minutes. Now it will be dried. Add water for gravy. Close the cover of the cooker. Flame of gas will be medium. After 4 wistle switched off gas and leave it for 10 minutes.
